HR Manager, Global IT
:Find, Grow and Keep world class IT talent : with a primary emphasis on find and grow.
:Partner with Business Leaders and supporting HR Community to define a Talent Identification and Management strategy and approach for
the assigned business areas
:Partner with several Senior Business Partners to ensure HR strategy, data and metrics are incorporated into the business
Strategy/workforce plan for IT and their assigned organization. Key clients include CIO's with Global operational, budget and people
:Ensure HR strategy is cascaded and integrated into each sub:unit's business strategy and workforce plan : working with key business
eaders assigned to support World Class IT Talent.
:Manage and develop an HR Field team with "working manager" responsibilities as well.
:Provide talent/performance management guidance to management/employees (coaching, career development, disciplinary
actions, crisis relations)
:Analyze trends/metrics to identify problems and develop relevant HR solutions, programs/policies for the assigned business.
:Communicate / educate business leaders and employees on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs
:Understand legal requirements at execution level related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring
:Strategically work with assigned organization executive management/employees to improve work relationships, build engagement,
Increase productivity, attract and retain talent, which includes partnering with COE's relative to strategic work force planning.
:Consult with leaders, provide guidance on business unit restructures, specific transformation efforts, job design,
:Identify training and leadership development needs for assigned business as a systemic strategy
:Identify and drive Change Management requirements within assigned organization(s) / businesses
:Act as a key contributor and change agent in the transformation of HR and the traditional field role to one that is more
strategic; support the GBS implementation
:Develop and maintain work force plan metrics and analytics to monitor and measure business plan performance
:Willing to relocate to a US IT innovation Center in approximately 2 years
:Business Acumen, Personal Credibility, HR Functional Expertise, Change Leadership and the Ability to be a Performance Advocate for both the Business and the Employee. To achieve these basic requirements, the successful candidate will need to have negotiating/conflict resolution capabilities, to leverage COE's/Shared Services, to build an effective team, to coach/assess talent, to influence without authority, to utilize OD/Change management tools and models, to be highly proficient analytically.
:Project management skills

:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/related discipline or equivalent experience
:Masters Degree preferred, especially an MBA
