This position supports the Global Assessment Strategy Team with the scheduling, coordination and implementation of 360 degree survey workshops globally. The purpose of these workshops and materials are to provide leaders with 360 assessment feedback for their development to General Motors' approximately 8,000 global salaried people leaders. This position also helps support the creation and content administration of global assessment content, related materials, and training modules. The individual will work closely with the Global Talent Assessment team to develop and deploy timely assessment materials for development and hiring. 360 workshops as well as general assessment content and materials will be significant contributions in employing best practices in selection and development at General Motors, which is in alignment with the vision to become a Workplace of Choice. This role requires continuous partnerships with vendors, leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent and Development colleagues to support implementing innovative, world class assessment solutions that enable GM to assess, calibrate, and develop talent on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities Include:

:360 Survey Participation:

:Schedule 360 Survey workshops globally (approximately 150 workshops)

:Assign internal and external facilitators for each workshop

:Work with local leaders and HRBPs to get participants to sign up for workshops

:Administer survey links to participants

:Coordinate survey results getting to participants

:Coordinate workshop materials getting to participants and facilitators

Manage 360 Program:

:Maintain LMS participant sign:up

:Manage vendor

:Generate monthly participation rates by region/function

:Generate monthly projections of target population risks by region/function

:Maintain relationship with 360 vendor and regional stakeholders

:Oversee question, reporting, and workshop material translations

:Troubleshoot 360 workshop issues

:Maintain SharePoint site and materials

General Assessment Responsibilities

:This individual will also be expected to assist with general assessment needs in addition to the 360 program. Some additional tasks may concern budgeting, ordering assessments, working with various assessment vendors, and assisting with trainings and communications for all assessments.

:This includes (but is not limited to) GMs internal employee portal, Socrates, global virtual meetings (WebEx), senior leadership videos, employee "success story" videos, email, GM OverDrive social media tool, thought leader virtual webinars, and other communications.

:This individual will also be expected to be able to inform others (Talent Management Team, Global Human Resources Team, HR Policy Team, HR Business Partners) in meetings of assessment, specifically 360, updates. and essential functions:

:Scheduling and coordination of workshops

:Project management

:Vendor management

:Build strong partnerships with Global Talent and Development team, GM Communications. HR Business Partners, leaders, employees, and vendors

:Manage multiple work streams

:Understand regional and global implications of 360 assessment needs

:Displays resilience, persistence and adaptability

:Displays a "can do spirit" and positive attitude

Required Qualifications

:Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (psychology, human resources, business) or equivalent experience

:Very adept at managing projects

:Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

:Demonstrated organizational skills

:Experience conducting data analyses using Excel

Preferred Qualifications

:Advanced Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred

:Experience with the scheduling and coordination of a global workshop program

:Virtual meeting (WebEx) experience

:Experience working within a large, global organization
